Ocean Key Resort overlooks where the Gulf meets the Atlantic Ocean in Key West, Florida.
The courteous and professional staff strives to ensure that their guests have the most
relaxing experience possible. In the recent past, the resort underwent a multi-million
dollar renovation project that has made Ocean Key one of the most desirable places to stay
while visiting Key West. Located at the end of the infamous Duval Street, Ocean Key Resort
is only a step away from all of the wonderful happenings Key West has to offer. Duval
Street is exploding with life. Restaurants serving fresh local seafood, specialty
boutiques and shops, and galleries line the street. Visitors can head over
to Margaritaville to indulge in one of the many delicious frozen drinks or see for
themselves some of the world's most notorious oddities at Ripley's Believe It or Not
museum. Other area attractions off of Duval Street include Hemingway House, the Little
White House Museum and the Key West Shipwreck Museum. After a day of indulging in all that
Key West has to offer, head over to Sunset Pier to witness the best show in town, the
spectacular sun setting over the cobalt blue waters. In addition to this natural act,
vacationers can catch some quite unnatural acts, such as the street performers who put on
wildly entertaining shows every night to the delight of the tourists. The most notorious
of them all, The Catman, makes his cats walk on tightropes and jump through rings of fire.
This is not to be missed. So if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of
everyday life, Ocean Key Resort is one of the best places to let your cares
slip away.
